Overview

Classify is an organizational mobile app I co-created with classmates — covering homework, timetables, events, clubs and tasks in one place. What started as a school project now has over 250,000 users worldwide and is one of the highest-rated school planner apps available.

As Design & Marketing Lead, I produced all visual material for our global marketing campaigns and led UI/UX for both the mobile app and promotional website in Adobe XD and Figma.

Influencers

We also worked with creators whose audiences already lived in the productivity space, paying for Classify to appear inside existing study vlogs rather than forcing a hard sell. The brief was integration, not interruption: the app shows up as part of a natural study flow, so it feels useful instead of advertorial.

Classroom

In 2023, we began brainstorming a social re-imagining of our app to better cater to our existing users, and improve key metrics such as retention, conversion rate and user engagement. As Head of Product and Design, I was tasked with bringing this vision to life, designing from scratch an intuitive user interface that levelled up our product.

In November 2024, we released Classroom, a novel approach that brings social to the school planner, predicated on the idea that organisation is easier, faster and more fun when done together, alongside classmates and friends.
